CAST IRON KITCHEN

The concept for CIK is built upon the idea of re-inventing and re-inspiring the classic idea of the Southern breakfast and/or lunch experience.  Casual elegance and Southern hospitality shines beside well thought and well executed dishes using the fresh local and North Carolina based products and services.  Emphasis on seasonal ingredients when possible, sourcing a majority of products from NC farms and companies.  Building relationships with local farmers so the menus stay fresh, consistent and ever changing. Emphasis on creative daily specials that span all Southern cuisine has to offer.  All food will be made fresh in-house daily to ensure peak freshness, recipes will be ones that have been passed down from generation to generation.
